This class focuses on engaging, activating, and building awareness of the core muscles. ![]() The 3 Week Yoga Retreat follows the same daily pattern for 3 weeks. As we progress through the workout we will see there will be less and less modification as you get stronger! ![]() It is OK to modify, we are all at different fitness levels. ![]() There is always a modifier to follow for a modified version of the workout. Yoga Expert Vytas will introduce us to the ways of yoga and teach the fundamentals of the movements and poses.
